One source of informations says it 2 270 pF sections, another source says that the unit is a 170pF and a 240pF sections. Until I can measure it your guess is a s good as mine, I think it's two 270pF sections simply because both sections have identical number of plates.

I'm working to get the information of the capacity of each section and how to connect it.

According to some on QRP-L.ORG you need the following to mount the unit and have a shaft on it;

Qty 2 - 2.6 mm x 6 mm machine screw w/ countersunk head (to attach to enclosure)
Qty 1 - 2.6 mm x 16 mm machine screw (to attach shaft)
Qty 1 - 1/4" diameter x 1/2" length nylon spacer (for shaft)
