Thermistor that can be used to stabilized the temperature of IC's

Has the following featurs

run on up to 24V

50 OHms at 50C

Positive Temperature Coefficient. PTC

Glued to an IC and provided with power will heat itself and the IC to 60 degrees C to stabilize temperature drift. In a SI570 or crystal oscillator it will bring the device to temperature quickly eliminating long startup drift period.

For use with the SI570, 5V is places across the terminals while the Thermistor is epoxied to the SI570.
